Wanderlust

For the past few weeks I've been having the severest case of wanderlust. Whether I'm in the office, at home, awake or half-asleep, I find myself daydreaming of colorful rooftops of Positano, fragrant lavender fields of Provence, hustle and bustle of New York, and sunsets over Seine in Paris. And that's only a small portion of my list. Even new, when I should be focusing on my work and to-do list, all I want to do is pack my suitcase and disappear, even if just for a few days.

To me, traveling has always been one of the most important sources of inspiration, whether it comes to fashion and style, beauty secrets, culinary inspirations or living the life in general.
I have learned so many valuable life lessons while traveling and living abroad: the importance of my own independence, the value of friendship that lasts no matter the distance, the beauty of serendipity. Being away from home also taught me to never give up, even if it can be the toughest thing to do.

These are just a few destinations currently on my "must visit" list, and I would love to know: where would you go, if money, time and work were no object? Which destination would you pick first? Or would you rather take a trip around the world?

  2. Regarding a destination choice with no budget regards, i would have to pick the Moon, it is pretty expensive to get there, but it is fresh, new, and everybody says about me, that i am from there anyway :D

  3. So many pretty places! I'd love to go to France to rock climb and boulder. Of course, this trip would conclude with a relaxing, croissant fueled stay in Paris, too :)

Oh, sweetie, you really are lucky to live in NYC - and I hope I'll be able to pay you a visit sooner rather than later :) And of course, Asia sounds so exotic to me - I've only ever been to European countries and the US, it surely would be fabulous to discover another culture! Where do you think your fascination with South Korea comes from?

Thank you for chiming in, Holly! And of course you've picked just the perfect destination - France in general, and Paris especially, will always be the loves of my life :) Cheers to the croissants!

Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a comment! I love discovering new interesting blogs, so don't hesitate to leave me your URL, and I'll be sure to check your blog out.

However, don't bother leaving any "Follow me!" comments that you copy & paste on dozens of blogs at a time and which show that you have absolutely no interest in my blog. I will follow your blog if I love it, not because you ordered me to do it.
