Aujourd'hui est le premier jour du reste de ta vie. This amazing and inspiring sentence ("Today is the first day of the rest of your life"), has been guiding me for years now. I believe that whatever you did, whatever happened to you, every new day in your life is a chance to start over again and do things better. Today is my 26th birthday and I'm more inspired by these words than ever before. Lately, my life hasn't been exactly how I imagined it. Many things happened that threw me off balance and it took me quite some time to figure out what I wanted my life to be like. I have many new ideas, plans and projects in mind and I hope this will be the year when I'll be able to make some of my dreams come true. And what better time to put this philosophy in practice than my birthday month? That's what my Project Chic is all about, and that's why I've finally created my own Etsy shop. I've been playing with paper and glue for all my life and my sewing machine is one of the best gifts I've ever received. And I believe now is the right time to share my creations with you. I have tons of new designs in mind, I'll be adding new items regularly and I'll be more than happy to welcome you to my little Etsy space and get your feedback. That would be the most amazing birthday gift I could receive this year!
