My style: Boyfriend meets Mademoiselle

Armand Thierry jacket (similar here), Levi's Curve ID straight jeans, Gate t-shirt, Deichmann shoes (similar here), Dorothy Perkins clutch (similar here), Marks&Spencer sunglasses (similar here), Forever 21 bangle

This Chanel-inspired jacket is definitely one of the most versatile pieces in my closet. It looks equally fabulous with a pair of jeans, as it does with a pencil skirt or thrown over an LBD. I remember that when I was working for the European Commission in Brussels, I wore it almost every week. That's why I'm a little bit ashamed to admit that I completely forgot that I had it! I only rediscovered it last week, when I started to edit my wardrobe. My excuse is that ever since I started to work from home, a huge part of my "corporate" wardrobe has been sleeping in my closet, waiting for its next chance to make its appearance. But not anymore: I'm planning to add more classy and chic elements (jackets, shirts, blazers and pearls) to my day-to-day outfits. This chic jacket paired with my DIY boyfriend jeans (I simply rolled up the hems on my favorite straight jeans), floral heels and beachy waves, made just for the perfect outfit for a Sunday walk in town.

  1. You look great!! This jacket is so beautiful and I'm glad that you've rediscovered it all over again :) I can't wait to see what you've been working on, it sounds so exciting!! :))

  3. You look absolutely amazing! That classy jacket and he jeans and shirt combo!Thumbs up!

  4. it's a timeless and classic jacket. I had a similar one in pink....kicking myself for throwing it out!

  5. i'm loving the curls! I too have recently sported the same waves in my hair but it was just a temporary thing cause I do still love my hair straight. This look is more me minus the blazer and heels but i could definitely sport them weather permitting.

Anyway, I just love this look! so classic and comfortable. Btw, I hope yu check out my latest post. Always love to see what you have to say.
