Unusual chicken nuggets

Potato chips, alongside with a pot of Nutella, belong to those things that are far too dangerous to have at home. I know the theory, I know that they're not the healthiest of snacks (in fact, they are not healthy at all), but if I happen to stumble upon one of them, there's certainly a catastrophy around the corner. I try not to buy chips anymore, and I´m pretty much successful, but when I come to visit my parents, I'm always sure to find a pack (or two) there. This time, however, I resisted the urge to devour them in hiding, and I decided to finally try one of the recipes my mom sent me a few weeks ago. At first, chicken nuggets covered in potato chips (you can find the printable recipe here) seemed like a crazy idea, but they turned out really well. They were crispy and tasty, and accompanied by a homemade garlic dip, they would be a perfect party treat (and surely more original than a bowl of classic paprika chips).
Tell me, do you have a love-hate relationship with any kind of food or snacks?

  7. well, I just printed this recipe and I'm going to show it to my boyfriend and I'm pretty sure we're going to give it a try :P
when it comes to potato chips in general I usually avoid those while shopping and actually I don't even feel the urge to eat them.. but I think I'll use chicken fillet in the recipe and some other chips because I don't dig paprika chips.

  11. All the time Ivana! I get these cravings for salty and sweet. The key is moderation of everything. I just have a hard time moderating. hahaha I'm buying more fruits to satisfy that.

  14. I have the same issue with potato chips. It's definitely a once in a while treat for me but even if I get it once in a while, I devour the entire bag! I've read that eating these treats just make you want more.
