I´ve always had a weak spot for earrings. I was just a little girl when my parents got my ears pierced and I got my first little pair of earrings when I was only a few months old from my god-mother (giving your god-daughter her first pair of earrings is a huge tradition in Slovakia). They were gold with rubies, and I was completely devastated when I lost one while on holidays in Croatia, when I was five years old. I think this explains why my love for beautiful earrings is almost as old as myself. I already have an impressive collection in various sizes, colors and materials, but I´m always on the lookout for the next perfect pair. Enter: chandelier earrings. There´s hardly anything more glamorous and fabulous, as proven by their regular appearance on the red carpets.
I´ve been ridiculously obsessed with this gorgeous selection and I dare you to choose only one pair...impossible, n´est-ce pas?
What about you? Do you wear earrings? And what is your favorite style?

I am also obsessed with Chandelier earrings. If I could I would probably buy all of those. I love that they make everything instantly glamourous.

I love the look of chandelier earrings but their size and weight scares me a little. I wear hoops and small danglies all the time though :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful tradition in Slovakia. I was already 8 years old when I first had me ears pierced. Chandeliers are so gorgeous. I tend to wear studs though since I work in an office with the phone next to my ear throughout the day!

So elegant, and chic! Love them!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pity you lost your first pair of earrings :( I like styles number 5 and 10 from the "steal" collection :)
ReplyDeleteHow sad, losing your first pair of earrings!
ReplyDeleteSadly, I can only wear clip on earrings. I've had my ears pierced twice, and both times, things happened that let the skin grow back over the holes. :c So I only get to dream of chandelier earrings and make do with smaller things. Apparently people only make clip ons with old ladies in mind, sigh.
Love 1 and 6 in the first collection, and 3 and 5 in the second. Those four are absolutely gorgeous!
